  • Horrible experience. My mom took my car in for a wash last week and came home with a broken antenna. Spoke with "Dallas" the manager and he said it's not their responsibility. They harass you for the smallest little nick in your windshield, but can't point out to you your our antenna needs put down. Not to mention my son and daughter both took their cars there and both came home complaining. Jackson Family Carwash will never be part of our family and I will make sure NOT to recommend them to anyone I know. Thanks for the lovely experience Jackson Family Carwash (23rd Ave & Happy Valley Rd).
