  • I would give Zero stars if that was an option. We actually had a good experience with the sales guy. We prior purchased a new truck though them, and all went well. We returned to buy a vehicle for my son and this will be why we rate poorly. We did a 'street sale' for another vehicle we no longer wanted in conjunction with the purchase of another car. All seemed to go smoothly. We never received the check for our street sale. It's only 500.00 but it's still bad business. We have called COUNTLESS times (at least 15-20 times). We are leaving messages, or speaking to someone who SAYS they'll figure it out but never follow up with us. I would strongly caution doing any type of 'street sale' (as they advertise they'll buy your car) or any trade-ins. Kinda sad because all went well until they had to pay a nominal amount for purchasing our old vehicle. They have the vehicle, we still don't have a check. And follow up customer service is nonexistent. So many other dealers out there... skip this one.
