Beautiful hotel. The check in staff does not know what they are doing. After having major issues with southwest in TUC, we had to get a hotel to stay the night here in PHX to fly out the next morning at 530am. We called directly to Hilton honors customer service to make reservation. When we got to the hotel, Mike charged our room 3x more times totaling over 500.00 when we prepaid once. We are negative now due to his mistakes and now with it being the weekend, we cannot afford to pay for anything on this trip with them making us negative. All I got was I am sorry. No compensation at all.
