  • I have also been to Tom Colicchio's Heritage Steak at the Mirage and it is also very good. Although I enjoyed Heritage slightly more, Craftsteak is no slouch. The steak I had (the filet) was cooked great. The party I was with shared a few vegetables as sides and i had a caesar salad to begin. We also shared a great red wine. The truly remarkable part of this meal was the cheesecake for dessert - one of the best I have ever had. Come for the steak, finish with the cheesesteak. You will not be disappointed!
