  • I would give this location a 0 if I could. Horrible customer service!! And not just one time, multiple times. Today I called to get a quote on cleaning of my home printer and I was laughed at because I did not know the model number off the top of my head. He proceeded to try to explain his laughter after I asked him and none of the 3 reasons he tried saying were at all what a customer focused representative should say. I have bought ink from this location on more than one instance and it lasts for about 15 pages to be printed and that's not even using color. I would think before going to this location for your printer needs!
