Went there on Sunday. Showed up at 1:45 and told place would be closing down at 3pm for a party. Ok, that is fine, we wanted to bring our 3 yr old in to see if he would like it for his birthday party in June. $10 for unlimited play, I asked since only able to use for an hour, would the price change. Nope, $10. Not a big deal, more of a principal thing and would think common sense would apply to not charge someone full price when only able to use he place for an hour at the most. Not to mention again, we were checking place out for his soon to be birthday party. So for $5, they lost out on all our business (2 young boys) going forward. Best of luck and hoping common sense finds your staff before the newness wears off
