  • Finally, the Vietnamese banh mi sandwich has arrived in the South West. I've already had two or is it three in the last few weeks. Several are priced at $4, so the price is right. Made fresh, on that oh so crunchy roll, and slathered with their warm buttery banh mi sauce. Made right-so-you-can-watch bubble tea to wash it down, plus a loyalty card. Yay! I'm a fan. More details to follow soon. Oh, one more surprise, they make fresh spring rolls too, I mean right then and there. Great peanut sauce, adding that extra sweetness, to the moist rice paper, with shrimp, chicken and vegetable filling. Yum. Only 7 more sandwiches to go and then one free. Yeah.
