  • I wish I could submit a review with zero stars, but because I have to choose something, I'll go with one star. I've seen this truck with live animals in traps in an open bed on the busy, loud highway. Not only is that terrifying for the animal essentially being kidnapped from their home and babies ('tis the time of year), it's extremely dangerous. This leading to how I have a real problem with this company considering themselves humane. Certified marksman? Relocation? Seems as if these people have no regard for wildlife's offspring. I don't think this company takes a scientific, biological approach to their handling of animals. There was a customer in my neighborhood who complained that Mr. Williams didn't have his facts straight on rabies in raccoons. There hasn't been a case of rabies in raccoons here in WI for over 50 years. This customer mentioned that Mr. Williams was rudely defensive and told him "don't question me, I'm a professional, I know what I'm doing!". It's scary that people are eating up this misinformation about wildlife. Do not give this man your business. Don't just take the easy and quick way to getting your "pest" problems solved. It is not humane to even relocate! You could be leaving orphans behind. Do more thorough research before being tricked by charlatan trappers lying about protecting / treating wildlife humanely. I will never employ this company and will share with other forums online and colleagues/friends/family about the horrors I've witnessed and heard first hand.
