  • So my girlfriend and I decided to try a couples massage. She did some research and found the Star Foot Spa. We decided to give it a try. It seemed like a great deal. We arrived and created very warm. We waited 10 minutes. We were taken back by a very nice lady. As you can see things are going great. I won't bore you with the details, but it was a great massage. The masseuse where very professional. This is going great, till we are going to pay. Yup that's right just about to leave and the front counter girls f....d it it. My girl friend tried to pay and the girl input the wrong # and in front of people in the lobby and staff yells "DECLINED, do you have money". We were shocked to say the least. I am a little more laid back and told her let's go. Al lot of guest was in the reception and I'm sure all of them heard about it. My girlfriend felt so embarrassed. That was very rude and disrespectful. She called the bank and found out it was input wrong that's why the card was declined. So I decided to call the shop. The lady answers the phone and can't communicate with me. She doesn't understand English very well. She then hangs up on me. I call back and ask why did you hang up. She doesn't understand and puts a person in the lobby on phone and has him ask what I want. I told him I wanted the manager he gives her the phone back and she hangs up on me again. I call back and ask for a manager she says no and says there are cameras all over. I said what does that have to do with anything. No response. Meanwhile my girlfriend was looking at the reviews and found a guy named Michael, who appeared to be somewhat of a boss. I asked if I could speak to him or have him call me back. She said no and hung up again, 3 times. WOW!!!!!! Will not recommend this place to anyone. Negative stars
