Worst customer service ever. This company is so shady, they have screwed me several times now and I have no recourse because I'm just one little consumer versus the company that basically owns every maternity clothing store in this country! They own Motherhood, Destination Maternity and A Pea in the Pod. I recently bought some clothes, then I had a tragic and heartbreaking miscarriage, so I didn't need the maternity clothes anymore. I brought them back, with the tags still attached, and they said it had been 36 days since my purchase and they only do returns within 30 days. They would not even give me store credit!! So I'm stuck with this stuff and couldn't even exchange it for a friend's size or something. Also, my first experience with them was this: I bought some stuff during a promotion where they were giving away "bump bucks" and then I used the bump bucks later. Then I needed to exchange something from my original purchase but they didn't have my size. They wouldn't give me my money back because I had used the bump bucks! Shady as hell. No one told me that, nor was it written anywhere, when I bought the stuff. I will not shop here again if I can find maternity clothes elsewhere. The worst customer service in America.
