  • Okay, so I was skeptical about an auto glass place wanting to give ME money ($85) to get my windshield replaced. But I called this place to see what was up(Please note: they are dba MDR Auto Glass and also The Glass Connection). And I also checked with the BBB to make sure these guys were legitimate. And yes, they had an A+ rating thru BBB. Anyway, Grace, had answered the phone (and I believe she is part-owner as well). She was very delightful to talk to and answered all my questions I had about their service. And if she couldn't answer, she directed me to the other owner Dan(I believe that was his name). Both were just great when it came to customer service. (Which is always a good start to any phone call to a business). They told me about how they would handle all the insurance info and proceeded to call back with my insurance company on the line with them. Painless process. So I booked my appt. and they came out the next day (due to already booked day and my windshield was decent enough to wait another day). When the guy got there, he was very nice and seemed really professional. He did a great job on the glass and yes...I got the $85 check and I took it to the bank. I would highly recommend this company for their service and quality. (And because of the $85 rebate too!)
