  • While the 'special' is still an OK deal, this place has gotten WAY worse over the years. One of the biggest problems now is the servers are not well trained and many apparently cannot think for themselves. We'd had steak & shrimp the night before so we skipped the special this time: big mistake. While the Chinese chicken salad (ripped off from Wolfgang Puck) was OK (but a little bland and over-dressed,) the turkey Reuben was awful and what was advertised on the menu as fresh rotisserie turkey didn't appear to be anything close to that. The best thing was the White Russian spiked milk shake. Meanwhile, while our waiter kept coming over and asking us if we needed anything, when we said we did he never did anything about it. For instance, when I ordered the milk shake, my brother asked for an extra glass so he could taste it...it never came. Even though we made it clear we were sharing the sandwich and salad, no one bothered to bring side plates, (which should've been obvious,) and even after we asked and they said they would, no one ever did. (It was not crowded!) We only got mustard because one of the bus staff was more on the ball than the waiters and saw that we needed it. Also, this is just me, but any 24/7 casino joint ought to have a shrimp cocktail on the menu. They don't.
