| - I'm a pretty big fan of GFS, especially over the past 6 or so years. I really never spend hundreds of dollars here (save that for Costco) but I do have specific items that are a staple. A couple noted items for me are 1) flour tortillas - soft, sturdy, and delicious 2) Swedish meatball / sauce combo - easy dish to bring to a party, crock pot all the way!! 3) Bosco sticks - pepperoni / mozz filled, $9.99, late night snacks to the max (add butter and parm to top for an added twist) 4) Nacho Cheese sauce - enough for a super bowl party of 50 5) Prime Rib - Not bad at all GFS, nice fat / meat content with lots of flavor 6) Food tins - I make a lot of food in bulk and freeze for older family members, so the variety is great 7) jello shot containers - perfect size and cheap 8) Frozen veggies - decent price and not mush when cooked properly 9) Frozen deserts - these are usually big hits at parties and saves a ton of time 10) Drunk snacks - They have a great selection in bulk and cheap. If you have a deep fryer, GFS is a must stop.
That's my top 10. Again, I don't come here that often, but when I do I always leave with something. This location is well stocked and the employees are super nice. Obviously its open to the public, so get your buns in there and try something.
