  • I first contacted Falcon by filling out their 'contact me' section of their website. No one contacted me so a few days later I called them at the number listed here and it went to a VM box that was full. I called a few more times and no answer. A man finally called me back because of the missed calls and we set an appointment to meet today between 9-11. Here it is 12:30 and I have not seen or heard from them. Glad I wasted my Saturday morning waiting around for them. Not sure how they've received such stellar reviews because just this little bit that I've seen from them, I'm not interested in doing business with a company like this. I'll take my money elsewhere!
