Service and quality is below average. I used to stop by Starbucks on the way to work and have stopped going to this location. On one recent occasion I ordered a drink from the menu was given the wrong size and told that it would take 10 minutes to re-make my drink in the right size because they had to serve me behind the rest of the current orders. The young lady at the drive thru window then cursed as I asked her to remake it and told me to pull up and come into to get my remade drink. A week later, I went in (avoiding the drive thru) and was not waited on for two minutes as the two employees attended to the drive thru. No one greeted me or acknowledged a short wait. I started to leave and the young man chided me for not waiting. I explained that I didn't feel they respected me, as a customer, so I decided to go elsewhere. Overall, this store has lacked a sense of professionalism in the past three months. There's too many better options to deal with that type of customer service, in my opinion.
