  • horrible!!! buyer beware. we are on the 15th day of a 10 day build. dan decided the installer didn't need to be here he was more important to their rented building. there was no communication to the installer from may when we purchased and aug when they finally had time (all the materials were not at the plant like dan told my wife the 2nd week of july) for him to come remodel our bathroom oh wait dan showed up the third day to discuss the plans with the installers. then some joker named jeff becker calls me knowing i'm pissed and blows smoke up my arse but doesn't fix anything. stay away from paradise home improvement and/bath planet you have been warned!!!! here we are 6 months after start of install and job is not complete yet the president joe scheutte and operations manager paul have been to our house and have seen it is not complete but will not do anything about it but their lender (just a debt collector not a lender) service finance wants their money trying to put a lien on our house you have been warned stay away from paradise home improvement fort mill sc you have been warned stay away from paradise home improvement or you will regret it like we do!!!
