  • I called RaxMasters based on an ad in a local magazine and hadn't checked the reviews (talk about risky). Within 40 minutes, Jerry came out to the house and checked the garage, showed me color samples, and we talked about scheduling. A few days later, I called him after my household goods had arrived and told him there was no way I was going to have the garage cleared in time, I needed storage. That was on Friday. On Monday, he sent George out, who was there for about 90 mins and single-handedly put up two 4x8 racks. Both guys were really friendly and we were so impressed with George's ability to put that stuff up by himself. They wouldn't take pre payment and didn't take payment after the racks were put up, even though the epoxy flooring wasn't started (or paid for yet) either. Talk about trust! I'll update my review after the floor is done, but I have a feeling it will be a glowing 5 star review. Oh, and I forgot to add, once I asked Jerry about doing storage, he promptly informed me I would get a discount because I was doing the floor and storage, something I didn't see online or in the ad, so I was very appreciative that he mentioned it.
