  • A good place to watch a game and/or hang out with a friend & have a few drinks - especially on a cold night with the fireplace going.. The chairs were comfy, the potato skins were delicious, and the beer was cold and quite affordable. The waitress was friendly and attentive, too. Where the lodge loses points is in the murky atmosphere. I've been in many bars where smoking was allowed, but I rarely left stinking of cigarette smoke, as I did here. Whatever quirk of ventilation is responsible, I'd love to see them address it, as this is a deal-breaker.
