Overall I am disappointed. The lobby is fine but nothing outstanding. The room was a decent size but nothing amazing about and strangely the desk is in front of the window so it's a pain in the you know what to open the curtains. The bathroom was pretty old and grungy looking. The vanity and mirror appeared to be newer but the tub and tiles are old. To me an old bathroom at a hotel just never looks as clean. Worst thing tho was when I ordered an extra blanket and more towels and wash clothes....so they came up quickly and after I called down I realized we needed more shower gel so when the guy gets there I apologize and asked for shower gel too and he doesn't look pleased. So he leaves to get that and I realize he didn't bring the towels. So when he comes back with the shower gel I told him that we had asked for the towels as well but didn't get any. He asked if there was anything else in a snotty tone before leaving and when he came back and I thanked him all he said was "alright." Umm how about "you're welcome enjoy your stay" or something like that. When we were last up we stayed at the Hilton and found that to be much nicer. I just don't see the allure of the Marriott it's mostly just outdated and the level of service isn't there.
