  • What a disappointment. Bought a new 2018 F150. Called for a specific service request and told yes it could be done at THAT scheduled appointment. I explained the exact issue on the phone. I show up and get told yes it can be done....except it's a 4 day turn around. Then 5 minutes later, told 3 weeks. Will never do sales or service here.
