  • Don't let the 2 hour line stop you from getting this cheesecake. Come to the store in the morning and less than 20 minutes you get a cheesecake. I visited Tuesday and Thursday in the morning and the waits weren't that long. They freshly bake the cheesecake and you basically see where the cheesecake is being made. The cheesecake is very delicious when it's freshly baked or sitting in the fridge for a few hours. It's fluffy and not very sweet. And the cute Tetsu stamp is adorable.
