  • I had a situation where I almost didn't have any breaks. Robert not only went above and beyond , by calling Toyota to see if it was still under warranty. When we found out it wasn't, they were able to beat the dealership quote by 75 percent less. Unfortunately when the car was done , I lost my mother and had to go out of town for her home going. Robert stayed in contact with me and truly showed compassion and the human factor, which you don't find in most businesses these days. It's all about the bottom line. Upon my return, we found out that my sister passed away within a week of my mother, and bamm, had to go back out of town to Florida. My family and I can not thank Robert and the crew at the shop , for their understanding, patience, and overall heavenly customer service. We are customers/ family for life. THANK YOU.
