  • Newest place on the Bloor west Stretch, Location was closed up for like 7 months. My girlfriends and I kept wondering what was going on, heard some rumors from the locals but had a chance to pop in on Saturday with a bunch of my girlfriends and let me tell you it was well worth the wait!! And now it makes sense why it was closed for that long. What a change... I happened to walk in on a party night this last Saturday, it was a birthday party i think but an open night. The place was Bumpin!! they were playing old school hip hop and a mix of classics, what one would call a way back play back. The place was super busy with people having a great time! It seems they removed the tables. The people were great and the drinks were awesome. The Martini and Cocktail list is pretty unique and delicious sampled a couple of the drinks. Forgot to ask if they book private parties...would be a great place to hold a party. Had a chance to meet the owner Paul who was working the floor and making sure everything was on the up and up. Pretty cool guy who wants to create something unique on the stretch, what a great start! Haven't been in on a quite night yet but will drop by and sample some of the food that Paul had mentioned was gonna be something to be desired. There was also a mention about all day brunch Saturday and Sunday morning, this is something that got me a bit excited as I do love my lazy late Sunday breakfasts.. Pretty good start! Will report back after a lazy late Sunday breakfast. Sherry ;)
