Was stoked to try the Dry Bar our- arrived at the time of our appointment and was told by I'm guessing the lady in charge that she sent her people home... even though she had an appointment for two blowouts in her system... she says she can have her assistants do a dry styling which my guest and I agree too. The assistants were lovely, but the manager or whoever was in charge was very rude to my guest and me.
The next day I receive and an email that they are charging me for a no show, and I contact them and proceed to have the lady tell me it's my fault because I did a dry styling not a blow out... when in fact it was because the manager didn't have the staff to complete her appointments for the day- all I was offered was a dry styling and I was definitely not a no show. Now I am waiting to hear back if they will refund me.
This truly is sad because I was stoked to use the Dry Bar again, but now I cannot trust if they will charge me like this again/ and so disappointed in their guest experience.
My guest was also charged a mystery fee on top her dry styling and is waiting to hear if they will refund it.
Hoping to be contacted by someone at Dry Bar to get this situated and I can leave a better review.
