  • One star is way too much. They don't deserve any stars. Here's my reason why: I took my dog in for a swollen jaw. The vet said she needed to do blood work first, and then I should bring him back the next day for Xrays and we'd go from there. I paid $230 for the exam, medications and blood work, and then brought him back the next morning. The vet said she would sedate my dog and take Xrays, and then call me to discuss what the plan would be from there. She said she would call me mid morning. I waited and waited and no call. So at 11:45 I called them and asked what was going on, and if my dog was ok. I was eventually put on the line with a vet tech who told me that my dog was in the middle of getting a dental cleaning, and that they had already pulled 3 teeth! WHAT???!!! Needless to say, I was very upset because the vet had promised to call me and discuss her findings before doing any procedures on my dog. She never called. Just went ahead and did whatever she wanted and expected me to pay the bill, which turned out to be over $1000. I felt like I was lied to, deceived, and robbed. I will never go to this vet again, and I warn all my clients, friends and family about my experience with this business. From now on I'll be taking my pets somewhere else. What a scam!
