  • I had the pleasure of attending a service at CCV for the first time this past Sunday. I greatly enjoyed being here! I wish this church was located in Las Vegas! The layout of the property is quite impressive! At quick glance you could easily mistake this for a community college or something of the like! This is a pretty modern church with a full band that plays contemporary Christian songs. The acoustics are very modern and they just plain sound great! It's non-denominational and very, very casual. People are encouraged to "come as they are"! T-shirts, shorts, and sandals are a-ok! It was a pleasure to hear Pastor Todd Clark speak of baptisms, a subject I was interested in and had many questions about. Upon leaving the service, I was really inspired to make arrangements for my own baptism upon returning to Las Vegas. Unbelievably, as we were leaving the grounds, they were offering free baptisms right then and there! Incredible! I was so excited! I was not only going to get baptized, but I was going to do it right now! Awesome! They provide you with a free shirt, shorts, and towel as well! They make it so convenient! As a matter of fact, right after being baptized we had the pleasure of being able to speak and take pictures with Pastor Todd! Everybody we encountered, from people in the gift shop, fellow parishioners, employees/volunteers...just EVERYBODY was so incredibly friendly and sincere! I already miss this place and wish we had one just like it closer to home! 5 stars. easy.
