rev:text	The day before I was scheduled I fell to heart issues. I went to the emergency room and was admitted over night. My wife called to inform Evolution Expedition Kayaking that we were going to be unable to make the trip. My wife was told there was a 48 hour notice for cancellation as to their policy. She was also told that she could not reschedule nor that she could get our money refunded because it was their policy. She even offered to pay the 60.00 park fees for myself and her, again she was denied. She was told by the manager that she could reschedule for another day but would have to pay for the trip again. We are out 400.00 for the trip and not a thing to show for it. For a place that is supposed to be reputable, this is not a great way to promote your company and you do not have customer service skills if you are not willing to work with new customers. If I could have put a 0 for your rating I would have. Thanks for your prayers sir, hope you lose business.
