  • Few things cause more anxiety than needing to call a plumber. I noticed it was taking a significantly long time for my water to get hot, so I knew something was wrong. I called my friend who is a property manager and he referred me to Fast plumbers. Theresa answered the phone professionally and never tried to rush me through the call. The service man was there within 3 hours. Within 10 minutes he diagnosed the problem. As it was not emergent he gave me an estimate and he stated he could return the next day for repairs. In the interim, I got another estimate from another company that was over twice the price. I called Theresa back and she stated she would have the service man return at 8am the next morning. Like clockwork he was there and finished within the hour. Thank you Paul for your expertise and professionalism. No wonder your company has a five star listing.
