  • I'm grading this hotel 5 stars because it's a major upgrade from the old Imperial Palace. The lobby, casino and overall appearance is really great. Our room was just a basic room with all new upgrades bathroom, closet etc. Upon check in they have a new self check in kiosk which I was having trouble logging in because it wasn't reading my Drivers License. I was greeted by a supervisor named Jennifer Amio. She was so nice in assisting with helping me check in. Once we went up to one of our two rooms, one had a HORRIBLE smell that we decided we couldn't bare for 2 days. I went back down to the lobby and was greeted by her again once I told her my dilemma she didn't hesitate to fib the next room available. Not only did she get us int another room, but with an upgrade. She was fantastic, thank you Jennifer! We also rented a Cabana at the pool, the service again was outstanding we never had to ask for refills on cocktails or food. I wish I would've got our servers names, they both were friendly helpful and super attentive during our few hours at the pool. It was a great weekend celebrating my daughters 21st birthday! Sure we could've stayed at higher end hotels, but for the location of the Linq and the prices, you can't beat it! The staff made it that much better!
