  • I called Gentle Dental at 9:30 this morning. I requested an appointment to have an extraction. The young girl on the phone took my intake information, including my social, which in hindsight I wish I would not have given her since I believe she should have asked for my insurance information. This makes me very uncomfortable as though they will be pulling my credit to assess my credit worthiness and assign me a dollar value before scheduling. Any way, I digress..an hour later and no return phone call. I called the office again and was immediately transferred to the same girl, ironically they knew who I was speaking to without even asking my name. I explained I was in great need of an extraction today and had waited an hour for her to return my call...she tried to tell me she had been on hold with Senior Dimensions for an hour and they hung up on her, I do not believe this. Even if they hung up. Senior Dimensions is very reachable for approvals. She then proceeded to tell me she would call me back before 11:30 because that's when she goes on break??? Tell me more how your break is more important after my waiting 2 hours and Really 2 hours to get approval to make an appointment?? Uhmm.. I don't think so. I will be moving on and will not be referring and of my family, friends or associates here. Thanks but no thanks. So very unprofessional. So not Gentle...
