  • Direct TV is so rude and unprofessional. I waited over 5 hours for them to no show, no call. After 3 emails and 2 voicemails saying they were coming during the scheduled appointment time. I would have waited all day with out a phone call or anything. This is after a week of trying to reschedule. My family has been customers for almost 30years, my husband and I have been customers for over 10 years. It is a disgrace how they treat customers and I would not recommend Direct TV to ANYONE!!!!!!!
