| - I wish I could rate zero stars! I live in Scottsdale 30% of the year and needed nothing more than a cleaning. I contacted Princess Center Dentistry and explained this to Alise, who answered the phone, who had also tried three times on the phone to get me to agree to X-rays. I declined, and explained to her I have a dentist in the State where our primary home is located and all of those records and exams are done there only because they are my primary dentist. I asked Alise point blank if they could only do a cleaning, to which she said yes no problem but still maintained their office needed to have my X-rays from my other dentist forwarded to their office for liability. A bit strange, but okay I gave her permission to obtain those X-rays. When I get to their office, less than 24 hours later, Alise continues to hard sell me not only the X-rays but also an exam that is not covered by my insurance. By this point her hard sell, and after asking me 5 times if they could do X-rays, I explained that it had not went un-noticed that she has asked me the same question 5 times and the answer again would be no. I again asked her if they could do only a cleaning, if not I would leave at that point, no issues. 25 minutes late from my appointment time, another woman, perhaps a tech, came out and this time apologized that I was told they would do the cleaning and was aware of how many times I declined, but the Doctor had decided he cannot permit a cleaning without an exam. What a complete waste of time. Frankly, I'm pleased to have left because the hard sell was so uncomfortable, it felt so desperate on their part I wanted to run out of their office the moment I got paperwork. But believing Alise once again, I stayed until they decided they could not do the cleaning after all. Its funny, I probably could not even tell you the name of the office and dentist before I got to the office but after the visit, I'm not likely to forget Princess Center Dentistry or Dr. Lewandowski.
