  • Found the ad through Facebook market place in my area. I sent them a message and there was an immediate response. The salesperson who texted me back was not pushy or eager to sell me a mattress nor was she asking a lot of questions. She politely gave me the address of the warehouse, phone no. and gave names of staff that was available to help me that day. I went last weekend. As I got to the location, I almost couldn't find it and I was ready to turn around and go home. I didn't realize it was the same one story building but on the other side. This is a small warehouse and was greeted by James, the owner. He is very knowledgeable about different types of mattress and gives you the pros and cons when choosing certain price points. The prices are so reasonable!!! Anyone can afford to buy any mattress at that warehouse. I got a real nice high quality mattress and box spring, James gave me a fair price which includes tax, same day delivery and we had a deal. I always do my homework before buying anything pricey. Haggling wasn't even necessary here. Good mattress are always expensive and if you are looking for quality, check it out and stop by at this warehouse. Excellent customer service!!! Everyone was friendly, accommodating, helpful, and the owner was truly knowledgeable, honest, fair. I was so happy to find this place. I've been wanting to buy beds for my guest rooms for almost a year and I'm glad I waited. I'm going back for a king size this time and that's what I told the owner.
