Quality - 2 stars
This is definitely one of the more rundown Sheratons I've stayed at. There's stains on the hallway carpets, there's a few lines of black mold in the shower grout, and a few minor things were broken (e.g., door hook). But the hotel itself was clean so these were just minor things.
Price - 4 stars
But it's also very cheap for a Sheraton. We stayed here for only 4000 SPG points a night, and we saw a lot of flight attendants, so the dollar price must be pretty low too. And the price includes a pool and fitness center, which not all hotels have.
Service - 5 stars
The employees I interacted with were fantastic and went above and beyond (especially the overnight front desk employee Jeff). We felt respected and appreciated as platinum guests and Jeff was always very professional and positive even though my 3 interactions with him were at 12am, 4am, and 6am (late check-in and early check outs).
Location - 3 stars
This is not on the strip. It's about 1-1.5 miles from the strip but I walked to the strip without any problems crossing large roads.
Overall ~ I am willing to overlook that this is an aging hotel because of the positive experiences I had here. I would definitely stay here again.
