Preface: I am not a hard person to please. Super friendly and direct with expectations.
So when I arrived as a walk in Cindy had just finished with a client. It was just her working and I was the only person waiting. She helped me quickly and asked me what I had came in for. I wanted a full set. To be specific a cashmere toned mauve purple in a coffin shape. I had an exact photo of what I wanted as well. She said she could do it and we began. She talked me into getting a gel set which was fine. However she kept saying stuff like oh if you want them that long it's $5 more etc and I was like what the hell dude? When she asked me if I liked the shape before starting to paint them; I asked her if she could improve my right hand cause they weren't really shaped. One side was and the left side was just a line. In case you aren't familiar with the coffin shape, it's a pointed nail then the tip is just cut across. Really easy. I thought she had finished them correctly and after leaving I noticed she didn't really shape the nails i asked her go back on which sucked. The color also came out pink so it's possible she grabbed the wrong polish.
She was super friendly though and had great service so truly my only complaint is the shape.
