  • What an awful experience and waste of money this was. I paid $150 ($100 startup fee and $50 monthly) up front without any offer of a free trial. After my payment went through I was informed that the next payment is due on May 20. I was joining on May 1. I asked if I would receive any sort of rebate as I was losing 10 days out of my membership. She said no. She was also very pushy and rude and harrassed me constantly to give her my credit card info so they could automatically deduct the next payment. I went there a few times during the first week to try it out and dreaded it. Everytime I walked in the door I was harrassed about my credit card info. This woman was unfriendly and aggressive. The machinery is outdated and there are less stations than other circuit training style facilities. They hold a daily aerobics class every morning right in the middle of the tiny circuit training room - so you have to wait an hour until the class is finished because all of the old ladies are doing their aerobics scattered in between the machines. Despite the hours stating they are open until 7:30 pm - the owner informed me that if no one is there at 6:30 she leaves because she "doesn't feel like hanging around until 7:30". So if you make the trip up there and arrive at 6:45 you're shit out of luck. The changerooms are cramped and there are no showers. No water fountain - she sells warm bottled water. I stopped going after the first week and ignored her voicemails asking me for my credit card info as well as the next month's payment.
