rev:text	never a good experience at this store!!! about 70 percent of stuff at this store is damaged or returned. the 4 bath tubs in stock were damaged and dented the water heater I bought had a very large crease in it all damaged and they just leave them there why not get some new ones that people might buy !!! when I returned the water heater I watched a worker put it back on the shelf so now someone else will buy it and have to return it when they open the box and see the large dent . they just hope someone else will buy it, but possibly just keep it rather than return it .they also rent moving trucks here so its really hard to park because these trucks take up 4 spots the parking lot is over crowded at this store. if you do make the mistake of shopping there do a good walk around of your car or truck to inspect for damages due to the high volume of carts that are not collected. Your ride will get dented or scraped they have signs that say they are not liable for damages but they are liable don't listen to the lies . they don't have enough lumber carts at this store the cashier said they all came up missing ??? you can solve that problem by ordering some new carts. the manager of this store Robert must be the problem you can tell when you have a under performing manager it erodes the entire workforce and creates, lazy grumpy, workers with bad attitudes and that is what the customer service counter and the so called pro desk is full of at this store. and you can thank a lackluster management team and man hating customer service counter for this review don't lose your job at the home depot you wont make it at any other job!!!!!!!! well maybe the DMV OR EMMISSIONS So trying to turn lemons into lemonade I was able to find numerous places to buy my materials from that are less expensive, not damaged. I purchased my doors and trim at Discount Door and Trim in Mesa. I bought my new whirlpool tub from Jetta tubs in Scottsdale. R&K Building Supplies in Gilbert for my insulation and 14 milgard windows. Sun Valley Supply in Mesa for all my drywall and drywall supplies, Central Arizona Supply for all my plumbing needs. They have a great selection and knowledgeable sales people. All electrical supplies at City Electric. Lumber package to frame a 3800 sq ft house from Foxworth- Galbraith. all led garage lights at 1000 bulbs on the web. diamond kitchen and bath in mesa for our cabinets So there's a few tips for everyone. There are other places to buy stuff. Better quality and better prices. Enjoy your day.
