| - Yes, I'll admit it...I am a man and I like to get pedicures.
What's not to like? Someone else trimming (and buffing) my toenails, a nice foot and calf massage...all while sitting in a massage chair giving me a relaxing shiatsu back and neck massage. So, this will be a guy's review since I know nothing about nail polish colors, French tips or bedazzled designs and whatnot. Just my experience.
My wife always came here when it was Trina's, one minute it was there and then suddenly it became Epic Nails. Looks the same, maybe a little cleaner. I never really thought about getting a pedicure, until one day the wife asked me if I wanted to go with her...I was like, "naaah, I don't think so"...then she says, "they have a massage chair, and it's not like you have to get your nails painted ". I had nothing going on and my back was kind of aching, So I went along. You know what? It wuz woooonderful! I go with her whenever I get a chance now.
Epic Nails is located right next to our neighborhood Starbucks, near the corner of Stephanie and Horizon Ridge. Right behind the Walgreens...staff is nice, although on this visit kept apologizing for the wait. It was busy, but I didn't mind waiting in the massage chair and foot spa. About a 20 minute wait...so after a nail trim, buff, heel scraping (looks like cheese grater), a salt scrub exfoliation, and then a foot and calf massage, I felt like a new, errr man? Nice and relaxed, anyway.
Come on guys, next time your wife or girl tells you she's off to get a pedicure...ask if you can tag along, trust me, you won't regret it. You might be the only dude in there, but you'll be okay. If you're in Henderson, give Epic Nails a try...
