  • This company did an excellent job inspection our first home here in Arizona! David paid great attention to detail, he did not leave anything out and did not write unable to inspect or test in any area. He went all the way into the attic and on the roof even on a day when it rained. His report was very detailed and included pictures of the items he found that needed attention. He labeled items with different icons explaining if the issue was a safety issue, expensive/major defect, needed to be repaired or replaced, or if he thought it needed to be inspected by a licensed professional (plumber, electrician, etc.) This made it very easy to negotiate with the seller on what needed to be fixed and saved us a ton of money on repairs.
