| - Dealerships are basically all the same. Sales guys, finance guys, and selling extras to make more money. That said, what I look for in a dealership is no-pressure sales, people that listen to what you want and need, and to be treated like a valuable customer. That is what I received at Bill Luke Fiat.
Bud was a nice and easy going sales person. Very accommodating and great communicator via phone, text, email, and in person; I didn't get the pushy sales feeling from Bud at all. Jay was the finance guy that also pushed the extra "packages" on the end of the sale. Jay was friendly and nice, and helped us get the loan that worked for us. He was persistent in the the sales of warranties and such, but I expected that. While he did apply pressure, he didn't make us feel uncomfortable or treat us badly. All in all, I had a good experience at Bill Luke Fiat.
