rev:text	I have lived in the depths of Phoenix prior, all though college, and then I moved here in a LUXURY rental and it was the biggest let down. For how much you pay, you'd think the best of customer service would be here, you'd get proper pest control, but NO. You get the exact opposite. My apartment had a ROACH problem. I contacted the office on SEVERAL occasions and they said they sprayed and I would get the same service ticket for the normal service. Then I made a fuss, sent pictures to them showing all the dead roaches around the building (I'm on the second floor) and "that's just happening because they sprayed the perimeter yesterday" uhh that shouldn't happen at all but offered to bait for them in my apartment. Again, exact same service ticket. I asked if they could schedule the services while I am home but they wouldn't work with my schedule. Recently, they changed their payment method from one service to another, that became available on the first of the month, in wasn't working and I told them so they gave me a temporary fix through another 3rd party site. I promptly paid it as soon as they gave me a solution then two weeks later charged me $50.75. I asked about what the charge was that was "past due" and they said, "the water bill wasn't added to your account." So, I went ahead and paid it with that additional $50 it was more than I had ever paid for rent. So, I asked again saying it doesn't add up and they said "Our apologies, that's a late fee. Next time you need to notify us sooner with any issues in order to avoid fees." I am now ending my lease and I went to give a 30 day notice. All my prior apartments notify me of any price increases and out of courtesy ask me if I want to extent or terminate my lease. No one even attempted to contact me and now I am suckered into keeping my apartment for another month because they need 60 days not 30!!! I will take partial blame as I didn't know my lease agreement front to back. I will NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE.
