  • First off if I could leave a zero star rating I would. Greg fruend is a arrogant jerk. I have been with this office for 3 years. I just finished my 3 years on a sr22. When I called on February 11 I told him that I need to add my wife's car. Greg fruend quoted me at $179 a month. With my sr22. Greg fruend told me that since I have to wait until February 28 to take my sr22 off that I would have to pay it on both vehicles. I said fine how much will it be a month after that. He said "$179 because I can't see what the actual rate will be until I can terminate the sr22. Well my bill came in and it's $245. I asked him why it's so expensive. He said it's because it's more then a month. But he isn't very good at doing his job. Because my bill is due on the 11 of the month so when I got my bill. On the 11 it says my bill is $245 NOT $179. He is arrogant and won't listen. Just like most insurance salesmen. They will never be wrong. So after I talk with Greg fruend. He says I don't know I was guessing at your rate. GUESSING? Which turned out to be exactly what he quoted me with the sr22. I I said that my rate didn't go down after we cancelled my sr22. He stated" well I just took a guess when we talked. He is a liar rude and he does not like having to deal with customers. He said. Well when you get a sr22 it's more expensive. In the beginning. I told him that's false because my bill went up 30 dollars in the end. Then he kept saying well rates go up. I said I haven't had a ticket nothing in 3 years and he said well we factor in other thing like people using attorneys. He is a liar and a snake this is a person that gets off on people paying for his vacations. I told him I loved doing business with farmers. I even brought countless people to do business with farmers. He got cocky and said I heard you 3 or 4 times. I only told him once. And for me to put my name on something and bring everyone to you. Means I trusted you you arrogant a.,; hole. Thanks for screwing a family over don't wast your time with this scumbag. He will sit back and drink margaritas while you suffer. Good by farmers insurance just looking at his reviews. His reviews are from employees. Mena e is a friend of mine that used to work for him. If that doesn't scream liar. Then I don't know what does. Lies lies lies lies lies lies lies fake fake fake fake
