  • A friend and I had a great experience last night making bread and cheese. We've been to other places for cooking classes but will come here from now on. Chef Pascal and his staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. We sipped wine and feasted on samples of focaccia and ricotta cookies during our class lecture. When we moved into the kitchen to make the bread and cheese there was plenty of room for everyone. Everything was super organized so we were able to accomplish a lot. There were about 18 people there but the staff was very organized. Everyone was able to make their own focaccia loaf along with a batch of cheese. I was so proud of my beautiful bread and delicious ricotta.
