  • Came here to get a chest X-ray for an upcoming surgery. First thing, the girl at the front desk with the black hair and bold eyebrows needs to work on her RBF and attitude with the patients. She was constantly getting snippy and telling patients to "just sit down". She was the only person at the front desk as well and the waiting room was very busy. But that still doesn't give her the right to respond the way she did and have the crap attitude that she had. Other than that, the other workers who called me back and did my chest x-rays were very helpful and very polite. They were quick to do what they needed me to do and get me on my way.
