  • I am a person who is fare about leaving reviews, if I encounter bad service I will say as much to everyone and all. On the other hand, if I have had the pleasure of good service, I will also say as much. I'm happy to report that this will be a good review. On, 01/18/2016, As a team, Jay T., and Fernando A. (Install Technicians) came out to my home, ON TIME, were more than friendly, answered all my questions, and had my new AC/Heating system installed in under 4 hours. Additionally, Tim C. (Sales) joined them later in the morning to ensure all was going well, further answering more questions. All three operated in a flawlessly and professional manor. Thank you, Jay, Fernando and Tim for your hard work and dedication to customer satisfaction. I will continue to use Penguin Air and Plumbing in the future. Best regards, Pete
