  • After a very bad experience with my last hairdresser I was reluctant to try someone new. My husband found Sincerely Yours on Yelp and thought I should give them a try so I set up an appointment. Upon entry the location was bustling with business, there wasn't an empty seat around and the clientele was mainly senior. I thought to myself, good to see so much business, but will I walk out with a helmet head? I sat down and Jennifer started studying my hair and asking questions. Not a lot of chit chat about nothing, just simple questions about what I wanted. I showed her some pics on Pinterest and she went to work. I absolutely loved how she gave me a step by step tutorial of the product she was using and the procedure she was going to use. Heck, it was all Greek to me but she sure made it sound interesting! She made just enough conversation to get to know me but wasn't intrusive at all. I appreciated that. Ultimately, my last highlight job was done without structure and the hairdresser forgot to finish the cut and I had to go back. Jennifer took the time to look at highlight placement and listened to what I wanted. She was meticulous in her application but didn't take long at all. Again, walking me through the whole process! When she was done with the color she started my cut, continuing with her meticulous nature. At the end of the appointment my hair color was beautiful and my cut even and done very well. Jennifer has been doing hair for three years and you can tell she loves it. I think she has a great career ahead of her and I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone, especially Jennifer. I will definitely be returning!
