| - Yeah just like most Snooze locations, it's really hard to go wrong when dining at one. If you're a fan of brunch and breakfast, then this place is for you.
Pancakes? They got 'em. French Toast? They got that. Other breakfast and brunch stuff...yeah, whatever, they go that too. There's just too much good stuff on the menu.
Just like any other Snooze location, their decor is sleek, colorful and modern...and classy. Well, at least that's how I feel each time I dine. On top of that, I've never had bad service at a Snooze location and this visit was no different. That's pretty good considering that I think the entire staff is probably attending ASU which is literally across the street. Like seriously, across the street. Anyway, the server was very friendly.
"So what did you have, Jeff? I really want to know. That's why I'm reading this review."...said no one ever. However, if you must ask, I had the Drunken Monkey French Toast. Why? Because I love French Toast, and the name was intriguing...and the description sounded good.
Funny story, it was good. The End.
Okay not really the end.
Although the portion size was a little smaller than your typical Jeff S. standards would consider worthy, the fact that it was a nicely arranged dish of carbs in the form of sugar, bread,fruit...and sugar, it was good enough for me to overlook the less than Herculean serving size (i.e., mere mortal serving size). Yeah, the rest of you normal eaters will probably be fine. I'll be sure to include the obligatory picture.
So would I eat here again? I'm pretty sure the answer to that should be pretty obvious, but in case you are fairly dense, the answer is "yes". Why? Because I love the food, the atmosphere and well, breakfast food in general. The only downside is that currently I don't find myself in this part of town that often, but no need to worry, I'm sure at some point in time I'll make my way back and this place will be at the top of my breakfast list.
