Came on a Friday after work looking for an Wi-Fi extender. Fought traffic to get here and fought another round of traffic when I left. The all mighty corporate giant of electronics kicking me in the nether regions.
I was able to locate the aisle containing what I needed. Not an attentive employee to guide the way.
Not an attentive employee to assist, I pulled out my phone and began to scan extenders, reading both the reviews and seeing if I could end this torment by finding a cheaper price and then bailing out.
Scan after scan, review after review, I stood confused and frustrated and yet....not one employee to come and rescue me.
Then around the corner came a kind gentleman from a solar panel display positioned not so far away. He kindly asked me if he could kelp me find something. I explained to him what I had going on. He then offered up a slew of tech jargon and recommended an appropriate item. I thanked him kindly for his time and knowledge.
When I check out, I asked the checker if the solar panel guy was a member of BB. She with slight bit of attitude told me he was not. WwwwhhhhhAAaaattTTT?! You mean to tell me a vendor helped make the sale?! Pathetic! My recommendation to BB is hire people like the solar panel guy and instead of making millions, you could make BILLIONS!
