| - So it may not be the prettiest to look at, but when going to the movies on any given night can cost $20 without food or beverages, Ciné Starz is pretty neat for what it is.
The prices are cheap, I think it's a $3 admission, and the concession is cheaper too. But with that comes a tiny theater, a little run down, and movies that are no longer playing elsewhere. I don't mind personally, because it reminds me of a quaint little theater in the town where my mom lives, but if you want a clean theater, all new sound system, etc, then skip the visit.
I'm of the opinion that watching HD movies at home on our big screen with fantastic sound system is much better than a movie experience anyway, but sometimes I want to go out and do the theater thing. So for those times when I don't need to see a film on opening night, but I still want to sit in comfy theater chairs in the dark and munch on snacks, Cine Starz is perfect for that experience.
