  • I saw Opendoor's ad on Facebook and was skeptical at first but figured I had nothing to lose by filling out the inquiry. My realtor friend was also skeptical, saying "if it's that easy, why doesn't everyone do it?" Well, it was indeed that easy! Within a few hours of my sending the inquiry, I had a fair market value offer for my house! All I had to do was choose my closing date and schedule a home inspection! Melinda and Guy were both great to work with and they assisted me through the entire process from offer to closing. I closed a couple of days ago and it was the fastest closing I'd ever done! (About 10 pages to sign and less than 15 minutes of my time!) I'd recommend Opendoor to any of my family or friends and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future!
